Caterpillars Girls Nature Camp

This Girls Empowerment Camp is for rising 2nd – 5th graders, ages 7-10, and includes many of the foundations of Chrysalis Circle but focused on younger girls’ interests and abilities. We’ll discover how we are nature through the exploration of the elements of earth, air, water and fire. We’ll investigate ecosystems and introduce the idea of personal ecosystems and our connection to all of life.

Activities include:

  •  Explore Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Spirit
  • Learn Plant mysteries
  • Find a “sit spot” in nature
  • Expand the senses
  • Listen to nature, self and others
  • Hiking and discovering personal Resilience, Strength, Courage
  • Nature games and art

Camp is held in Eagle with trails, tipis, places to roam and where imagination flourishes. Limited group size. Register today

Girls Empowerment Workshops

Chrysalis Circle for Young Women

Camp Type: 5 days, with one overnight on Friday
Dates:
June 23- 28; 9 am – 5 pm

Chrysalis Circle supports Middle and High School girls explore and develop the woman blossoming within them through deep Earth connection. This six-day program guides young women, on a journey to discover and connect to their core being, find their authentic voice, gain confidence, and explore their mind-body-spirit connection through exhilarating adventures in nature. Girls will leave this camp filled with Strength, Courage, Confidence and Resilience.

Each day integrates activities in nature, creative arts, personal awareness and earth connection, leadership and communication skills, and time for introspection. Rafting,  journaling, rock climbing, hiking, outdoor skills, inner awareness, communication, and mindfulness are a few of the activities designed to give girls lifelong tools, help them embrace their passage into womanhood, and understand their power and connection to all of life on earth.

One overnight on the final day of camp gives the girls a chance to learn about creating Council and Ritual, and together they’ll create a celebratory ceremony.

Mother-Daughter opportunities are included as a follow-up to Chrysalis Circle Camp. Moms play an important role in building the empowerment your daughter learns in Chrysalis. 

Boys Empowerment Nature Camps

Earth Keeper Explorers

Camp Type: 5 days, Mon. – Fri., 9 am – 3 pm. 
Dates:  July 21-25; 9 am – 3 pm

Ages: Rising 2nd – 5th graders

This empowering camp helps boys discover their personal connection to nature by exploring the elements of earth, air, water, fire, and inner spirit/self. They’ll investigate ecosystems and explore the idea of personal ecosystems and our connection to all of life through outdoor play, creek exploration, hiking, games, nature crafts, building a fire, and abundant free time to enjoy nature’s gifts. This camp is held in Eagle with trails, tipis, and places to roam where the imagination flourishes.

Camp Type: 5 days, 9 am-5pm, with one overnight on Friday

July 28 – August 1; 9 am – 5 pm

rising 6th grade through High School boys

Earth Keeper Way supports boys’ passage to manhood through kayaking, rock climbing, hiking, and learning wilderness survival skills. With emphasis on the whole person in balance, this program guides young men on a journey to discover and connect with their authentic and resilient self while learning powerful inner life skills for navigating relationships and communication. Boys build their courage and confidence in nature, and learn to balance strength, intuition, and connection to the entire web of life.

Each day integrates nature adventure, personal awareness, earth connection, leadership and communication skills. Rafting, rock climbing, hiking, outdoor skills, inner reflection, and communication are a few of the activities designed to give boys lifelong tools, help them embrace their passage into manhood, and understand their power and responsibility to others.

One overnight on the final day of camp gives the boys a chance to learn about creating Council and Ritual, and together they’ll cook, clean, and create a celebratory ceremony.
